Kay's Cuisine For The Soul, Inc. is a local company in Brenham, Texas, initiated in 2010. Owner, Kay Briscoe, with the help of her daughter and mother, create cuisines that are versatile, extremely delicious and exceedingly fresh.
After years herself in the business hustle and bustle and endless skipped lunches due to lack of time, Kay began offering a helping hand by delivering box lunches, also known as Bento, to local Brenham businesses. Simply order the day before, and voila , your lunch is delivered to you the next day. Various other occasions such as, business luncheons, meetings, and parties, just to name a few, can be fulfillled and delivered right to your doorstep. Call - order - enjoy!
The Brenham's "Weekenders" also take pleasure in Kay's gourmet curbside service. While retreating to their weekend homes, Kay offers personalized service, by delivering homemade meals, as well as stocking their refrigerators with special request products. Reminiscing of previous weekend getaways to her second home, one memory was not as fond, the mad dash to the grocery store to stock the kitchen. She then thought how wonderful it would be to have someone do that for her enabling her to stay home and do exactly what she wanted, relish in some much needed R&R! Now, Kay offers just that, personalized service and scrumptious food prepared for you to merely place in the oven.

I just want to touch base with you on the upcoming holidays. It's here!
This time of the year can be very hectic. Here's a list of foods that will help make your holidays less stressful. These items are great for gifts, work, parties, friends/family gatherings, and even for just having a nice relaxing dinner at home. If you are ordering for Christmas Day, please have your order in by Thursday, December 16th.

I just wanted to say thank you to you for all your help with my Weight Watchers commitment.
As you know I started ordering lunches from you about the same time I started Weight Watchers. That would be around Sept. 23, 2010. I have lost 19.8 pounds since then and I truly believe it has been due in a large part to your wonderfully prepare meals.
I usually have your salads with chicken, fruit and a small bread. This equates to 7 WW points. Every once in a while I will have your full meal as a treat. It is about 15 points. I am allowed 31 points per day plus 49 extra points a week so my "treat" meal does not throw me off track.
The fact that I can have such a great meal, prepared the right way has given me the extra incentive to stay on track.
To all your clients that may be concerned about the cost, let me say, it has actually saved me money because I do not crave anything extra. No buying snacks or sodas. Beside a fast food meal is only about $1.00 less and this is so much better.
